FricoMart is newly established ecommerce business of Frico International LLC. We takes your privacy seriously and our primary goal to provide a world class service to Sri Lankan’s who shop online. We use personal information to help us create, develop, operate, deliver, and improve our products, services, content and advertising, and for loss prevention and anti-fraud purposes. Refund Policy

Frico Mart will cancel or refund an order under the following conditions:

If cancellation notice from your side is duly received by us and the order has not been processed/approved by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount to your credit/debit card.

If an order does not arrive within the stated delivery period or does not match the description, you may return the items(s) for a refund. We will reimburse the full cost of eligible purchases plus original shipping once items have been returned to Frico Mart. Please contact us to arrange the return of items. 

We will refund the value of the items by using the same payment method by which you paid and proof of purchase is mandatory. 

You shall not be entitled to refund or exchange the products in the following cases:

1. If you change your mind about the product
2. The product is free from any defects
3. Items where the seal or packaging has been broken by you
4. Perishable items including food and drink and made to order or personalized items.

All claims for refunds under eligible conditions must be informed to us within 15 calendar days from date of delivery.
